  • Maintain complete silence and avoid eye contact, gestures, or any form of communication with fellow participants.
  • Mobile phones must be deposited upon arrival at the Ashram.
  • The use of mobile phones will not be permitted until the completion of the retreat.
  • In case of an emergency, family members may contact you through the emergency number provided by the Ashram.
  • Internet access will not be available for any electronic devices during the retreat.
  • Please do not bring any food items or eatables.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and the use of any recreational drugs are strictly prohibited within the Ashram premises.
  • Please avoid bringing valuables. The Ashram will not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

Items to Carry

  • Two orange outfits (both top and bottom should be orange, or the orange top may be paired with a plain white bottom).
  • Plain white outfits for the remaining days (both top and bottom should be white).

The colour scheme has been thoughtfully chosen to support the process of inner cleansing, and we kindly request your adherence to it.

  • One large towel, two hand towels, and personal toiletries.
  • Sports shoes, socks, and slippers.
  • Personal medications, if applicable.
  • Spiritual books for reading (optional).
  • Bedsheet and blanket (optional). These will be provided; however, if you prefer using your own, you are welcome to bring them.
  • Alarm clock (optional).

Documents to Submit on the Day of Arrival

  • One photocopy of a valid ID proof.
  • Two photocopies of your passport (for international participants only).

No prior experience is required. All programs are designed to guide beginners as well as deepen the journey for experienced practitioners.
